Registration
It is now possible to register for IMDIS 2024 conference.
You can participate on-site or online.
Presenters must participate on-site. Online participants will access online streaming of the conference (except for poster sessions, onsite only). However, interactions with the audience will be limited (streaming only).
Registration for on-site participation (Scandic Bergen City hotel, Bergen, Norway) is possible until Sunday 12 May 2024 - 18:00 (CET).
Registration for online participation is possible until Thursday 23 May 2024 - 18:00 (CET).
Please note that your registration will only be effective after reception of the payment.

The registration fees include:
- Participation to the 3 days of the conference,
- Coffee breaks and lunches,
- Social mixer - Food, Beverage & networking (Monday 27th evening),
- Social dinner (Tuesday 28th evening)
- Conference material
The registration fees does not include accommodation, and participants must book their own room to attend the meeting. Information about pre-booked rooms is available on the Accomodation webpage.
Participants who want to bring an accompanying person to a social event must pay a supplement: 110€ (all taxes included) for dinner, 55€ (all taxes included) for social mixer.

Once registered, registration fees must be payed online (payment by card):

Conditions and cancellation policy
- Registration must be accompanied by payment.
- Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by IMDIS 2024 before (12 May 2024).
- Cancellations after (12 May 2024) and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Any claims must be received by IMDIS 2024 no later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Later requests cannot be considered.
